Lookin good, seems like you already have a lot of critiques. my suggestion would be to add more up and down movement to your COG control, that way his movement will not looked pinned at the hips.

This looks awesome. The motion is really fluid. :3 My only suggestion would be to have his upper body forward more -- if you watch a person run, they typically lean their body forward.

He's moving his limbs well but there's no feeling of motion. Perhaps give him a little bounce in his stride. Take his base bone and have it move up and down a little. That should make it more lively. I think the model is great with similarly great texture. Also the bone weights look good, that's always what I have trouble with.

The arms and the legs are good, but I think the upper body should be tilted forward a bit more and maybe not so stiff, the head is very stiff as well.
